ऑफलाइन आवेदन (Offline Application):

  1. नजदीकी कृषि विभाग या ब्लॉक कार्यालय में जाएँ।
  2. SHC फॉर्म प्राप्त करें और भरें।
  3. अपनी जमीन का मृदा नमूना जमा करें।
  4. दस्तावेज जमा करने के बाद Soil Health Card जारी किया जाएगा।
